Windows 10: Network Error when I try to download SQLite DB

I have been trying to download SQLite however it keeps saying network error. I have reconnected my wifi, restarted my network but it is still appearing. How do i fix this?

Where is my Sqlite db file, and how can I move it into isolated storage?

I've shipped several versions of an app that uses a SQLite database, which I only open using the file path "SQLite". No path, and no file extension. This seemed to work fine.

But now that I'm interacting more with IsolatedStorage, I notice that the SQLite db file is nowhere to be found. I've done enough debugging to figure out that these two paths seem possibly relevant:

Windows.Storage.ApplicationData.Current.LocalFolder

C:\Data\Users\DefApps\AppData\{88E2998F-3499-44B6-8DEA-66DAA92B7FB4}\Local

Environment.CurrentDirectory

C:\Data\Programs\{88E2998F-3499-44B6-8DEA-66DAA92B7FB4}\Install

I've enumerated the entire contents of the Windows.Storage.ApplicationData.Current.LocalFolder location and there is no SQLite file. So far I haven't found a way to enumerate the contents of Environment.CurrentDirectory, but I suspect that's where the SQLite
file got dropped -- and I'm guessing apps aren't supposed to write data files there. (Actually, if my theory is correct, I'm surprised apps are
allowed to write there).

I'd like help with two things:

• where is my SQLite file?
• How can I move it to the appropriate LocalFolder location?

I imagine accomplishing step 2 will be something like an 'upgrade' step when my app launches. If it sees the file in the wrong location, it moves it to the right location. So this step must be accomplishable from within a WP8 app running on an end user device.

How to open .db files from a Nokia on PC (Windows XP)

Where did you get this .db file? It might be created by an app on the phone which is not in general db format (SQLite etc).

I don't know exactly where the files were located on the phone; the .db-s were sent to me by somebody else, who doesn't know either. I was thinking about SQLite, but I can't open them with SQLite Manager. Maybe something else is missing, a file that contains
information that is needed when opening them.



Are there files in .db format generated on Nokias? Maybe it is some other application that runs on the phone's operating system.
