    Network Errors, unable to update Windows or download Microsoft Apps


    An error in July bricked my PC, gave me constant blue screens and it kept telling me that I had a memory constraint error. I went through processes of resetting my PC and restoring to prior backups and nothing helped. Installed new RAM, memory error resolved. However, since then, I have been unable to update my PC or download Microsoft apps would like to redownload games after my PC Reset. I am able to browse the web and play non-Microsoft games.For the longest time, I was unable to access Systems>Network & Internet, the app would crash every time I would click it. One time it let me

    Windows Won't Update? (Error 0x80d0602)

    When I get to the step that says del %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat, nothing happens.

    When I get to step 5 and type in
    • regsvr32.exe mshtml.dllN
    It gives me this:
