    Network Functionality in Windows OS


    Experience : * if periodically refresh Netwrok Adapter & prevent it from falling asleep - it runs as indeed,practically is to click from time to time on icon3 - 5 minsto open Networks & with this to refresh Network Discovery, as with time some networks get invisible,& most probably, Networking gets kicked by Operational System - backgrounded, dimmed, pushed back to sleep;with the more time it untouched - the more towards Failure it becomes,so to keep it untouched it becomes with following scenario :1. it runs for a limited time,2. falling asleep,3. disconnects or network adapter

    No, it doesn't make it more mature. Lack of compatibility with older hardware is ALWAYS an issue with a new OS. I can list several peripherals I owned from my Windows 95 PC that refused to function on XP.
