Windows 10: network identifying

Discus and support network identifying in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; so i just installed a new network driver and when i boot up afterwards the connection will say identifying for nearly 30seconds before i actually get a...     so i just installed a new network driver and when i boot up afterwards the connection will say identifying for nearly 30seconds before i actually get a connection.
    ive tried reinstalling the driver but to awe

    Network stuck on identifying...

    I tried using internet explorer, and microsoft edge, none are working. I currently do not have any antivirus installed. Having just resetting my desktop (and no longer being able to reset it).
