Windows 10: Network Interface Card Problem

I have a D-Link DWA-582 Wireless AC1200 Dual Band PCI Express Card which I have recently bought. I installed the driver then installed the card. The speeds are good. But for some reason I'll be in a game for example Rainbow Six Siege, then all of a sudden my game freezes at first i think its my game but its not because when i open google chrome and search for anything is says " no internet connection". This is really annoying me please could someone help.

I have already re installed drivers; network reset, uninstall driver and card. I some other random stuff from the internet but nothing that works.

Wireless Network

Thanks for trying the steps again. It's now clear that the problem is on your router. To reconnect your laptop to the network, we suggest that you set or specify the channel of your wireless network. If you can access your router's user interface, set the
channel to either channel 1, 6, or 11. Once done, remove your WiFi network from your preferred network list, then reconnect.

Duel network cards ~ problem switching with win 10

I request you to Uninstall and Reinstall both the Network Card Drivers and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall the Network Adapter Drivers

a. Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.

b. Click on “Device Manager” from that list.

c. Search for the Network Adapter from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the
corrupted drivers from the computer.

d. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.

Update Driver Software from the Manufacturer’s website:

Step 2: Go to the Computer or Network Card manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the Network Card model and then install it by following the instructions given in the website.

Network card not showing

Is you are using router then I suggest you to reset the router and check if the issue persist.

Also I suggest you to update the Network Adapter driver. Here is the steps:

• 
  Press Windows+X key on your desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate Network drivers, expand, right click and click
  on Update.
