Windows 10: Network internet issue with some apps, but not others

I recently reinstalled Windows 11 pro. For a few weeks after this, I had no issues or none that I noticed. But I've started to see a few strange things with internet access.I have a small app that downloads development packages when updates are available, but it can no longer connect to the internet.Facebook messenger app can send and receive messages, but can't send or receive display images, and I get an error - "No Internet Connection"Microsoft Outlook can send and receive emails, but even after I click the option at the top of the email to "download images" or "Add sender to safe sende

Network and Internet Troubleshooter
and check if there's any changes. To run the
troubleshooter,
follow these steps:

  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting.

  Choose
  Network and Internet.

  Run the following
  Troubleshooter:

    Internet Connections.
    
  • 
    Network Adapter.
    
  • 
    Incoming Connections.
    

If the issue persists, we suggest that you try to
renew
your
IP address. To do this, follow these steps:

Windows 10 Networking Issue: After Windows Reset I can connect to network but no internet

Thank you for the update. For us not to repeat the troubleshooting steps you've already performed, could you tell us the troubleshooting steps that you've already performed?

Also, we suggest trying to run the Network troubleshooter to help with your issue. To do that, follow the steps below:

• Type Network troubleshooter in the Cortana search box.
• Then select Identify and repair network problems.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if it fixes the problem.

Internet Connection troubleshooter.

• Press “Windows key + W” and type “troubleshooting”.
• Select “Troubleshooting”.
• Select “View all” on the top left corner.
• Click “Network & Internet”.
• Click on “Internet Connections”
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.=
