    my pc ethernet and wifi is connected but have no internet, when i use the troubleshoot they say there's a problem with the dns cache. i've done everything i can like flushing the dns cache, restarting the pc like they say to do and nothing work. can anyone help me please?

    Hi,

    Upon analyzing the details you have provided, kindly run the
    Network and Internet Troubleshooter
    and check if there's any changes. To run the
    troubleshooter,
    follow these steps:


    • On the search bar, type
      Troubleshooting.

    • Choose
      Network and Internet.

    • Run the following
      Troubleshooter:

      • Internet Connections.

      • Network Adapter.

      • Incoming Connections.

    If the issue persists, we suggest that you try to
    renew
    your
    IP address. To do this, follow these steps:


    • Open
      Command Prompt
      as
      Administrator.

    • Type the following command:

      • Ipconfig/release
        and hit
        Enter.

      • Ipconfig/renew
        and hit
        Enter.

      • Exit.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you for the update. For us not to repeat the troubleshooting steps you've already performed, could you tell us the troubleshooting steps that you've already performed?

    Also, we suggest trying to run the Network troubleshooter to help with your issue. To do that, follow the steps below:

    • Type Network troubleshooter in the Cortana search box.
    • Then select Identify and repair network problems.
    • Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if it fixes the problem.

    Get back to us and give us an update.

    • Is the router detected under Device Manager?
    • Does the issue happen on a specific device or with all of your devices?
    • Have you tried power cycling your device?
    Meanwhile, to help resolve your concern, we suggest that you run the Network and Internet troubleshooter. To do this, follow these steps:

    • On the Start menu, type Troubleshooting.
    • Choose Network and Internet troubleshooter.
    • Run the Internet Connections and Network Adapter troubleshooter.
