Windows 10: Network Interruptions When Downloading or Streaming from Chrome or Edge

Hello,I am having some very irritation connection issues where I cannot stream or watch YouTube videos above 360p without constant buffering, however I have over 800 mbps download and upload speeds and when downloading games from steam or other places I get incredibly fast internet. But I can't even watch a YouTube video. I have an Asus ROG pre-built desktop with relatively high specs so I have no clue as to what is interfering with some of my internet connection.Thanks,Steven Appel

I am getting network interruptions

• Problem is specific to Chrome.
• No problem with Edge or Outlook.
• I tried some of the more simple trouble shooting with no success. The more advanced suggestions were beyond my computer skill. I found that this problem appears when I first turn on my computer. If I connect to the internet with Edge for a while and then
  Use Chrome, it works OK.
• I could probably follow a simple step by step process to correct a possible corruption.

Poor multi-stream performance - downloads, browsing, streaming music interrupt each other

Since replacing Win7 Ultimate with Win10 on my primary desktop I have noticed a number of network port concurrency issues that were not previously in evidence. Under Win7, I routinely listened to streaming music over the internet while concurrently browsing
and downloading files. My machine has dual gigabit ethernet ports, local switched gigabit network, etc. The network configuration is stable and has not changed in a long time.

Under Win10, when I start a download, my music stream is occasionally interrupted for several seconds. Similarly, if I start a streaming media function from the internet, an active download may be interrupted. It is erratic, but has happened often enough
to be very annoying.

Is this a feature? Our Win7 laptops do not show this issue, btw.
