Windows 10: Network Issue: "your computer appears to be configured properly, but the DNS is not responding"

Discus and support Network Issue: "your computer appears to be configured properly, but the DNS is not responding" in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; My computer seems to not be able to connect to the default DNS or any other DNS for that matter 8.8.8.8, OpenDNS, etc..     My computer seems to not be able to connect to the default DNS or any other DNS for that matter 8.8.8.8, OpenDNS, etc.. Things I have tried:- reboot PC- reboot router- change DNS settings from automatic to google or other public DNS- updated NIC driver- Network reset- flushed DNS cache in ipcofig folder- turned off Firewall temporarily- contacted my ISPThis issue only seems to be on this device. When I called my ISP, we confirmed that the IP address was correct and that the DNS is working for the router. My PC seems to connect to the router correctly when I ping the router, but then I'm no

    Regarding your issue with DNS server not responding, we need to gather some information. Please answer the questions below:

    • Have you tried connecting with a different device?
    • Have you tried power cycling your modem and router?
    • Try different browser?

    • Start.
    • Type "Command Prompt".
    • Click " Command Prompt".
    • Type "ipconfig /flushdns".

    Please help me

    My laptop has an extremely week internet signal, like one bar only. I think there may be issues with my network adaptor. When running the troubleshooting wizard, It says there are no problems.
