    Issue: Inconsistent Download Speeds on Specific PCs Despite High-Speed InternetLocations: Business & HomeService Providers: 2 Different ISPsSubscribed Speed: 1GB down and up Symmetric SpeedSpeed to Router: 1345 Mbps ISP line to routerSpeed from Router: 1GB portsLocation 1:Connected Devices: 13Average Speed Down/Up: 923 Mbps / 900 Mbps all devices except oneProblematic Device: 449 Mbps Down, 298-905 Mbps Up speed varies significantly with each testLocation 2:Same Scenario: Multiple devices achieving expected speeds, one device underperformingDetails:Location 1 PC: HP, 8 months old
