Network Locations' Harddisk Space Info Are Not Shown

    Hi,

I was a Windows 7 user and recently updated to 10. And to be honest, I liked it more than Windows 7.

    Anyway, this is my problem;

Windows 7 used to have this menu option for me,

Network Locations' Harddisk Space Info Are Not Shown [IMG]

As you can see, I was able to see the full capacity of my network location's root harddisk.

However, in Windows 10, it has such an apperance,

And I couldn't find a way to access my Network Path's Space Attributes.
Does anyone have any idea how I can make them visible again?

    Thanks.

    :)

  2. HACKED computer

Thanks. However I called Microsoft (an outsource foreign tech person)..

I was shown evidence of spyware located in network.

Person said $149. to remove. Declined per credit card info too risky.

*I will contact my local Geek Squad.

    Regards,

  3. Windows 10 - Transfer documents, pictures, contacts, etc.

Plug it in to the old computer

    Go to e.g. your Pictures-folder

    Mark all pictures

    Rightclick on the marked photos

    Click on Copy

Go to the USB-stick or extern harddisk in This Computer, Computer, or similar...

Find the extern harddisk, maybe called Removeable disk, or somethingh like that

Open it, and rightclick somewhere in the empty space

    Click on Paste

Unplug the USB-stick, or extern harddisk

Plug it in to the new computer

Open the Pictures-folder in the new computer

Rightclick somewhere in the empty space in the Pictures-folder

    Click on Paste

Do it the same way, with videoes, music and documents...

Yes, you have to click on the Map network drive on the menu and assign a drive letter to each shared location.
