    I called my ISP and they already brought back the internet that we have however Im still cant connect to network after I restart my computer. I was able to sign in but cant browse and sites. I tried multiple browser but still says cant reach this page. I have ethernet wired connection and as I check the status its connected. I tried to unplug and plug back in the cable and it is still the same.

    System Interrupts - Problem or Symptom?

    Excessive interrupts can be caused by failing hardware. As latency monitor suggest the problem is network related the network interface would be a possibility. As a test I would disable the network adapter in device manager.

    System Interrupts - Problem or Symptom?

    You are right, disabling the network kills the "interrupt" (don't know what to do with it though!).

    Edit: this might be the answer networking - High System CPU and interrupts when network I/O - Super User (a feature that downloads and shares updates on network from my PC is enabled)
