Windows 10: Network not working after clean boot

I recently had some issues with my computer which were resolved after a clean boot. However, after doing the clean boot, my network stopped working. It is a desktop pc and had wifi, however now it shows a computer with a red "x" circle, and there is no wifi symbol. Can someone please help me fix this?

Network Troubleshooter?
If not, we suggest that you run the Troubleshooter
and check if there's any changes. To run the
Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

• 
  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Choose
  Network and Internet.
  
• 
  Run
  the following
  Troubleshooter:
  
  • 
    Internet Connections.
    
  • 
    Network Adapter.
    
  • 
    Incoming Connections.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
