Windows 10: Network printing issues from a single user all others on network can print

Hi,We have one of our employees who continues to have printing issues to the same printer on the same network as other employees who print just fine. The setting for network connections appear to be fine and the PC is using the correct port to print from. Documents get sent but they get stuck in the queue and end up erroring out. I have tried running the troubleshooter within the settings/printers & scanners and I have emptied the print spooler but to no avail. Employee cannot print to either an HP Office Jet or a Sharp MFP both are wi-fi accessed. The employee has done mostly soft sys

Networked Printer: How to print both sides?

Some printers may be duplex but don't support the command over network protocols.

On most printers (no duplexing), printing on "both sides" means print odd pages, user has to change the orientation of said pages, and then it prints even pages. They have a special sequence dedicated to the "both sides" process. If this is the case, after it is done printing odd pages, a dialog should pop up showing you how to put the paper back in and also tell you how to resume printing.

Well you've covered most if not all the general bases already and the weirdest things are that they are all the same model and the fact that it's def on the network and can print for sure such as diag page.

I haven't set up a computer as a Print and File Server since the late '90s [in a shop I worked in], trying to recall if it was a Win95, Win98 or Win98SE machine but it was on a WinNT 4 Network. The printer was an HP Laserjet 4, used the Parallel Port.
