Network see only after Ping test window 10 tablet to window 7 desktops

Hi All - Thankyou in Advance

My issue is all the network can see each other but when u send or transfer to or from the tablet win 10 - It cannot send through wireless network even through you can tend to see all networks name on the network list etc BUT after ping 192.168.1.1 it shows 1st test no response and then 2nd to 4th shows ping 32 and 64 successful etc then I click on network and can see / Send files to all networks or the network you choose etc as Previously but NOW you can send and receive files etc - it will only work after you ping - any ideas how to solve this ? Just a head up i was thinking its along power management in WiFi but it doesn't have a setting for it on window 10 ?
and make things worst after i think about 30 minutes or so you have to ping again to see network etc

It appears something going to sleep mode or power saver mode etc but wifi or network i cannot see any information or power mangement ? Please Help - This is doing my head in !!ha

  2. Full machine name in host file not resolving to local ip 127.0.0.1 in windows 10

In windows 7 machine, mapping the full machine name to local host ip 127.0.0.1 in host file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc) seems to be working fine.

Means after putting the below entry in host file, I ping with my full machine name and I'm getting reply from 127.0.0.1

    127.0.0.1 Test-L7.mydomain.com

However the same configuration is not working in window 10 machine, ping returns actual ip 10.16.xx.xxx. I disconnected my network and did the ping, this time it return 127.0.0.1.

How to resolve full machine name to local ip 127.0.0.1 ?

    Thanks

Broadcom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet Driver Network Adapter Stops Working After a matter of minutes after login since upgrading to Windows 10.

Network Card is working correctly. Issue started as soon as I install windows 10. Did a ping test 127.0.0.1 was successful thus TCP/IP is functioning. Removed the adapter suggested, still not able to connect. Looks like I will have to reinstall Windows
    7. Thanks for the assist.
