Windows 10: Network Sharing Among 3 PC's On Same Network

I recently set up sharing of the C drives on all 3 PC's on my home network. I was able to access each PC from every other PC. All of the PC's are showing under Network in File Manager on each other.Suddenly, 1 of the PC's, while still showing under Network keeps giving me an error every time I click on it. "Windows cannot access \\DESKTOP-Desktop Name\Share Name. Contact your administrator to request access.All Network Sharing and Discovery settings are on and identical on all of the PC's. I have enabled \SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support on all PC's etc. I have gone to the troublesome PC,

Help needed with simple wired network

Step one- Connect all PC's to router, and then the router to the modem. PC's go to router by the ports labeled "1-4" on the back of the router. WAN port goes to router. Power up all network equipment, and then systems.
Step two- Power on the computer connected to port one. Go into router settings at 192.168.0.1 and configure internet, dyndns, firewall, etc.
Step three- Go to "network set up wizard" in windows. (Network places- network set up wizard). The rest is self explanatory.
Step four- right click on each drive and printer you want to share, and then configure sharing preferences. Should be easy enough.
Step five- right click my computer, and the select "map network drive". Using the network address for each piece of hardware you shared, assign network drive letters.

PC Networking/Sharing on Private Network

We have latest Windows 10 on 3 PC's in our home. They are all connected to the same wifi secure connection. I've configured all 3 for sharing over a private network but have not been able to access the other PC's. I can see one of the computers but
it is saying that I don't have permissions to access, to contact my administrator (that's actually me and I'm listed as administrator). This networking worked well with homegroup in earlier versions but since Windows 10 update I have no longer been able to
network and open files on other PC's. I would think this would be much easier in Windows 10. Does anyone have any suggestions to make this work? Thanks in advance.
