Windows 10: Network Sharing

my laptop connected to WiFi and now theres a 'Network Sharing' option when i connected for the first time, and if i check my phone, there's thing called DIRECT-X*USER*-PCmshP. but i cant connect to it it has password, i dont know how to retrieve the password

Cannot access shared network drive

I could scream! so much time wasted on this stupid error, as if time is not precious enough!
It probably would work fine if I could see the other computer! But I cannot see the other computer!

Sharing folders over network - access denied

• Click View all.
• Click Shared Folders.
