Windows 10: network speed slow when updating the store

    network speed is slow when updating the store I check the speed using a speed test by ookla downloaded from their website and the win10 version, and both test within a few megabytes, but when I am updating the Microsoft store ,my internet drops down to only a few MBPS even though the downloading apps are only taking a few MBPS.The LAN adapter is gigabyte ethernet, my internet plan is 1 GB per second but the average is 450 to 600 MBPS, nothing else is running to take up bandwidth as I do those things before updating win10 or the store.

    • The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"
    • I've tried all the below steps suggested by Eeshwar Kumar in this link: Redirecting
    • And also all by Jane La in the below: Redirecting

    Some users have reported that they're experiencing some computer issues after installing KB4074588. In this case, we suggest uninstalling the said update by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + i to open Settings, then select
      Update & security.
    • Click Update history.
    • Under Update history, click Uninstall updates.
    • Highlight KB4074588, then click Uninstall (beside Organize).

    Please post back with the result for further assistance.
