Windows 10: networking for windows 10

Discus and support networking for windows 10 in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; so I keep having this issue when I use the Xbox app on windows 10 my friends just cut out constantly I've uninstalled the app still had issued its not...     so I keep having this issue when I use the Xbox app on windows 10 my friends just cut out constantly I've uninstalled the app still had issued its not my internet nor there's. I checked the Xbox network status in windows settings and every time get this

    NAT type Teredo is unable to qualify this could block you from playing multiplayer games

    I also get this

    Server connectivity BLOCKED this could block you from playing multiplayer games

    I've googled this and tried about 15 to 20 different "fixes" that didn't work nor help at all.

    Does anyone have any idea what's wrong or how to fix it?

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
