Windows 10: Networking Issue from KB5015874 on Server 2012 R2 Version 6.3, Build 9600

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this. I'm having a hard time finding were to report a bug/issue from a security update.I have a CentOS 7 virtual machine - nothing fancy, just using a virtual switch in a workgroup setup. Pre-update, all of the networking was fine. After the update, and only this update with no other changes, some of the UDP packets being sent from the CentOS VM were not making it to the physical adapter. The packets are the same ones being dropped each time they are not random or periodic, every 10 packets or so. They have the same payload, protocol, and destination.Wire

I have purchased the product key of Windows Server 2012 R2. Now the server is on Windows Server 2012 R2 Evaluation. I found a few links there they explained on how to convert from Windows Server 2012 R2 Evaluation to Windows Server 2012 R2 with valid product

Is this a correct way to do? If I follow this step, will my data be erased?

I want to avoid formatting/fresh Windows install because there are some software in the server that we do not know how to backup. We just want to get it activated now, backup will be sorted out later.

As Microsoft XML Parser and Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML) 4.0 is detected, and it suggested me to upgrade it to msxml 6.0.

I didn't find the upgrade guide for Windows Server 2012 R2.

Can I uninstall the msxml 4.0 in "Program and Features", and then install 6.0?

Where is the msxml 6.0 install package for Windows Server 2012 R2?
