Windows 10: Never receive invoice after purchasing Windows 11 home licence

Hi, I just bought digital licenses from Microsoft office website and it's been more than 24 hours and I still did not receive email regarding my order as I am unable to activate my licence without the product key. Although, it shows on the website that digital licenses do not need product key however, Windows 11 unable to link my account with the licence. I checked my email address on the order history and also the email address I logged onto my Windows many times and both are the same. I also checked "linked devices" on the websites and my devices is linked. It also able to locate my device.

after upgrading windows 11 home to windows 11 pro I didn't get invoice

I am business user, after receiving laptop with Windows 11 Home, I updated it using the update on laptop to Windows 11 Pro and was charged $146.9. I didn't received invoice and can not find it under my business account. Already talked to business support and they suggested to talk to home support.

I need this invoice.

Excel beginner , want to create an invoicing solution

Hi, I need to create an invoice for my clients, the invoice is like most commonly invoice we can find, with items like Dates, Name, Tel, Email, items purchased, sub-total, amount etc...

All this values are to be input by me, of course.

However, at the same time, I'd like to have another sheet of Excel where it will show a list of my customer names / customer IDs and their contact information, while another sheet that will contain a list of items purchased

and another sheet that shows the total payment I've received for all the clients ...

However, I'd like all different sheet would generate all those information automatically every time I enter or edit the customer's invoice, without having to modify the information on different sheets by myself.

Is it difficult? Any easy web tutorial focusing on this area?

 

Invoice Missing

I Upgraded a client to Windows 10 Pro and didn't receive an invoice, the account says no purchases were made by that account. How do I get the invoice?
