    So I ve made a new local account and the taskbar has the apps but they are invisible.The Wifi does not work the search bar does not work and the windows button does not work if somebody can HELP thanks.Nevermind the problem fuxed,Igad to wait for a notification.

    I searched the folder you suggested and no results were found. I then searched "Asus" and the only thing that appeared was "AsusLiveUpdateDeEncrypt.dll".

    Edit: Nevermind, I just saw the last part of your post. I searched the whole of System32 folder and the file was located at "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\AsIO2.sys"

    ASUSTeK Computer is on the signature list for the driver and there is no metadata on it apart from size and date modified.

    nevermind i fixed it it was my controller: so in any place where there are options and you can go down, it goes down even if i dont press the down arrow.This does not happen with text, but yes with other things.I've already tried restarting but it does not work. will see if i can fix it some other wayalso i dont think...
