Thanks again, Len ... some of those things were tried + a number of other things (dism, re-registering the dlls, ...), nothing seemed to help these members resolve the issue on their machines. (I think there are two, possibly 3, members on one thread looking for the answer. It appears that you, Len, might have THE answer.

I hope your working OL 2010, as a base example, helps the other members resolve the issue on their machine(s).
