    Hello, I recently reinstalled a friend's PC, and I created a new outlook account for him which I sync with his machine.Now when I tried to log In this morning the password isn't working and I have no way of restoring it nor can I enter the machine I'm stuck with the Sign In Page.This is really an issue why don't we have another login option?
