Windows 10: New account login hp 280 g2 sff business pc

I’m having trouble trying to make a new account on the pc it was given to me from a. Family member that passed away and it’s still stuck on his user account and I’m having trouble trying to find out how to change it I’ve tried restarting it but it won’t show up with a new user icon it’s just saying I have to put his password in which I don’t have access too

windows 11 device manager does not show Bluetooth how to reinstall Bluetooth driver

HP support does not give me option for drivers for my HP account registered G2 280 sff desktop. This product is discontinued' is the closest I have got. Tried? EasyDriver? , scan did not show Bluetooth driver.

i have an hp 280 g2 mt (non-legacy) im trying to update the bios every time i use creat an partition it gives me (there is not enough disk space to complete the system bios and device frimware update) but there is almost 30 gb free and if didnt crate a partion it give me this (9f error can't analyze rom file from file might be corrupted) sorry about my english thanks
