Windows 10: New and Interest icon only no weather system icons.

Hi Since a windows update I have lost the new weather icon that showed next to the clock in the taskbar. Now I only get the totally useless News and Interest icon that you can click on to open up the cards. Does anyone know how to fix this so that I can get the weather icon back? See useless news and interest icon below.

Techpowerup bookmark icon in firefox?

changed the favicon for the forum
uploaded a new smaller (bytes) icon for the main site
added html code to suggest the icon to browsers

but i still cant get it to show up in firefox favourites

 

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

Weather and News system icon tray suggestion

Since recent updates you can no longer scroll through cortana to see the news or the weather. So can Microsoft make a news and also a weather widget in the system icon tray to view them both.
