Windows 10: New Bing advertisement on my login screen

An annoying new message apparently from Bing has invaded my login screen and privacy begging for money for schools. How do I get rid of it and disallow it from ever returning?

Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

Have you installed any language pack?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

And second, we're expanding audience campaigns to the UK and Canada later this summer.

Our clients are already seeing great results. Overstock.com has achieved a quarterly ROAS increase of 33% since they started with the Microsoft Audience Network.
