Windows 10: New build goes to blue screen after login

Hi y'all! My friend and I are building the following: -MPG B550 Gaming Plus -Ryzen 5 3600 -Ripjaws 32gb 2 x 16gb F4-3600C16D-32GVKC -650 Wats Cooler Master PSU Unsure of specific model right now -1660 Super GTX Everything is put together, we install windows, when we boot the DRAM light turns off, then reboots with the light off and it'll go to login, right after the login screen it will blue screens after a few seconds. Then it will reboot again and cycle. I have updated the BIOS to 7C56v1I1, also, the GPU is not recognized and shows as NVIDIA Microsoft Basic Display. We are however

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Screen goes blue / black on start of atitool

i tried 0.26 and the new beta but its the same... if i start atitool the screen immidiately goes blue or black and i have to reboot... the computer doesnt really hang but the screen seems to be lost.
any suggestions? i dont have any other programs running, i dont even want to OC my card i just want to have control over the fan speed, i have a x1800xt btw.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
