Windows 10: New build keeps freezing. more frequent

Hi guys so. im running a
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics, 3600 Mhz,

the computer ran great for a week or so but then every so often it completely freezes up. Its beginning to happen more frequent the more I use the computer.

I hope someone can help me figure out this mystery i would be very great full!
meanwhile i am going to run a memory test and double check that my drivers are updated.

I hope i included enough info. This is the first time I posted something about this. Let me know if you need more information. i'm running windows (10 version 1809 build 17763.864)
