Windows 10: New build, new ssd, during windows 11 install from usb stop code 0xc000021a

New build, new ssd, during windows 11 install from usb stop code 0xc000021a. Z690 mb, intel i9, 128gb, 2tb ssd only one installed. Stop code during download, reboot brought 0xc0000221 ntoskrnl.exe missing. 2nd boot 0xc0000098 BCD invalid information.

Clean Install of Windows 10 from USB giving me error code 0xc000021a before install

Hi, When Im trying to install Windows 10, getting a BSOD with error code 0xc000021a. This is the clean installation, with all new components included SSD.

Environment. Here are the steps on how to trigger Safe Mode:

• Turn on your computer.
• When the Windows logo appear, unplug the power source of your computer.
• Perform this step three times. On the fourth time, wait for the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) to appear.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot
  > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click
  Restart.
• Once your computer restarts, you will see a list of options. Press the
  F4 key to start your computer in Safe Mode.

Once you're done, wait for your device to turn on and check if you encounter the same issue.

Error 0xc000021a on New Installation of Windows 10

I'm in quite a jam. I've just upgraded my motherboard, processor, ram and tower and with the upgrade I also had to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 to support the new hardware. I just finished installing the new hardware in my PC, then plugged it all in to boot
with the Windows 10 USB stick in. The USB stick begins to boot and it makes it to a Windows Boot Manager screen that asks me if I'd like to launch Windows 32 bit or 64 bit. I choose 64 bit and it goes to a Windows 10 loading screen, sits for a few seconds
and then crashes and gives me the 0xc000021a error code.

This is where it gets tricky... I am able to press F8 to go to the Advanced Boot Options where I can access safe mode, disabling driver signature enforcement, etc... but none of the options help, they all just still crash.

I've also accessed my motherboad's BIOS during launch and I've tried to boot from other drives.

The following 2 boot options show up from the Windows 10 USB stick.

UEFI: KDI-MSFTWindows 10 PMAP, Partition 1

KDI-MSFTWindows 10 Pmap

Both of them give me the 0xc000021a no matter how I try to boot with them.

If I try to boot from my SSD that has Windows 7 installed, I can make it to my login screen but my mouse and keyboard absolutely will not work despite them working in my BIOS and boot menus.

Any suggestions?

I was next thinking of downloading a boot repair tool onto a USB stick and trying to boot from that.
