New Build, Win 10 64 Shutdown and Restart Issues

Hi all, recently built a new rig. Sadly I'm getting slow/broken restarts and shutdowns. I've checked and double checked the power/reset wiring to the motherboard and that appears to be fine.

I've attached a few DMP files if someone could take a look and give me some guidance. There are issues in events like "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck", so hopefully someone can help me ID the issue here.

    Many thanks,

Windows 10 freezes when I go to restart.

Win 10 Pro 64 bit will freeze when I go to restart. Shutdown works fine but restart never gets to reboot just freezes before.

Sorry, I did read that but removed those files as I wasn't overly happy about the amount of information in them.

    URGENT! URGENT!

    URGENT! URGENT!

    Back up your files immediately!

The logs indicate impending drive failure > replace drive.

    A failure may be imminent.

    1) open administrative command prompt and type and paste these commands:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) Powercfg -h off

    5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    6) chkdsk /x /f /r
(this may take many hours so plan to run overnight)

    7) Run Sea tools for windows on your drives using SMART, short and long generic tests:

    8) Run HDTune: HD Tune website
    to check the health,
scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.

New Build, Win 10 64 Shutdown and Restart Issues

    1) Please post drive studies (images) for these drives: (health, error, benchmark)

    Model SAMSUNG HD203WI
Model Samsung SSD 840 PRO Series
    Model Crucial_CT480M500SSD1
    Model KINGSTON SV300S37A240G

    2) Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes.

This may take many hours so plan to run it overnight.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
    3) When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more runs use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

The computer has 16 GB RAM.
    Memtest86+ testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hrs /GB RAM.
If there is 1 error that is a fail and testing can be aborted.
Then test 1 RAM at a time in the same DIMM.
If the RAM fail when tested together and pass when tested independently the DIMM / MB needs to be tested. Place 1 RAM in another DIMM and test for 8 or more passes.
It is important to perform testing for 8 or more passes as fewer passes has a significant number of false negatives.
A false negative is a pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.

There were multiple bsod misbehaving drivers debugged.
Please uninstall and reinstall software/drivers related to both video cards:

    6) The best way to fix the misbehaving Nvidia driver is to uninstall everything Nvidia using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from the computer manufacturer's website or from the Nvidia website.

The computer manufacturer's web site is preferred. Enter the computer's serial or product number and the operating system to view available drivers.

If you use the Nvidia web site be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the graphics driver and the physx driver.
