    Windows 10 Pro licence transfer to another PC

    Win 10 is an upgrade. If you build a new computer you need to install an OS and then upgrade to win 10, or buy a win 10 key. You cannot transfer your current OS to a new computer.

    Can we re-install Windows 10 on a new computer?

    Original Title: Move Upgrade to New Build

    I currently have 8.1 Pro (via an Upgrade from Win 7 Pro) on my computer. If I get the free upgrade to Win 10 and then in September build a new computer (new mobo, processor, ssd, etc), can I transfer the upgraded windows 10 to the new computer?
