Windows 10: New build won't let me install Windows

Here is my build - Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core, GeForce GTX 960 4GB - System Build - PCPartPicker

So this has been a nightmare for the past two days trying to get everything installed correctly and to actually boot up and allow me to install windows from my USB drive. I eventually figured out that I needed a new HDD so I went out and got one because my BIOS wasn't even detecting my old one. Once I got that sorted out it actually let me into the setup of Win10 but when it said it was going to restart to continue the setup, it just sat there on a black screen. I have all my front panel connections in the right spots, the reset sw is connected correctly as well as everything else.

Also my new build won't even boot up if I don't have my Windows Boot Flash Drive inside of it. Weird? I have to move it to different USB ports and try to turn it on because most of the time it won't even display a picture. Once I finally get it back on it just tells me I have to restart the computer to continue the setup of Windows but it WON'T restart. It just turns black and does nothing.

Windows 10 Insider Preview 10532 Anti Virus Problem

I have a problem the new build won't let me install any antivirus

tried AVG,Norton,Vipre

every time i try to install it i get an error massage and a notification stating that those programs have are not compatible with the new windows 10 insider preview build

 

Windows insider program is now at 1703 - the official release - but I still can't opt out of it!

It won't let me opt out because it thinks it's still a prerelease. The error message is
"it looks like you're on a prerelease build, so we have a few options available to stop getting new content." The options then are to re-install windows. It should be allowing me to opt out now since the
build is in fact not a prerelease build.

 

This is what I would do:

1. Download a fresh Windows 10 ISO file:

2. Prepare a bootable USB flash drive:
Create a Bootable USB Flash Drive

For step 9, to make it UEFI bootable, make sure to use the fat32 filesystem:
To format the partition, type format fs=fat32 quick, and then click ENTER.

For step 12, mount the Windows 10 ISO file and copy all the files and folders from the mounted Windows ISO to the USB flash drive.

3. Download Kyhi's recovery drive:

4. Read my quote in the middle of the OP of the Kyhi Recovery Tools thread, mount the Kyhi Recovery ISO and replace the boot.wim file on the USB flash drive with boot.wim from Kyhi's Recovery Tools.

5. Boot the computer from the USB flash drive and see if you can get into Kyhi's recovery tools. If you can, you can wipe the computer's HDD, and from file explorer in Kyhi's recovery, run setup.exe from the USB flash drive to start Windows setup.
