Windows 10: New built pc 2 days ago keeps restarting my computer without any blue screen, just a frozen...

It was working fine day 1. Today, it seems to keep restarting without any error codes but just a frozen screen. But right now as im typing this, it still is up and running and im not sure what could be the issue. Any way to figure out what could be the potential issue? And any potential fixes to the issue? when i start it says innecasable boot device 2 days after that it keeps restarting and then shows me the blue screen with the error code and then restarts again and again

At first sorry my english is not that good. My problem is since 2020 my pc coul not update but i just ignored it and a week ago i resetet it and now i when i start it says innecasable boot device 2 days after that it keeps restarting and then shows me the blue screen with the error code and then restarts again and again
