I will click new button then, it only shows folder with the admin shield thingy, I click on it then it says there's an error. I must note that is the only thing I can choose. I cannot pick text, or shortcut.

To uninstall HotSpot Shield you need to disable the VPN profile first. If you don't know how, please contact HotSpot Shield support for assistance. Once you have disabled the VPN profile follow the steps below to uninstall the app.

1. Go to the app list and look for HotSpot Shield.

2. Touch and hold the app.



3. Then tap uninstall.

Cannot access files/folders even though I am the only admin account

Hi,

To resolve the issue, we suggest you check for system file corruption. To run it, check these steps:

• Right-click (or press and hold) the Start
  button, then select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Enter sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").
