Windows 10: New computer keeps crashing

My new computer keeps crashing. Apps keep crashing and also windows keeps crashing. When windows crashes I get a blue screen and the errors vary.
This is the third time I've had to write this because it crashes before I can finish.
Dell said that it's a software issue.
Microsoft said to update the drivers and if that doesn't work I will need to reinstall windows.
So, I did. I updated drivers, didn't work. Then I reinstalled. First, using the option that doesn't delete everything. Then, using the option that does. Neither worked.

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?

Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also
