  1. New computer reboots while updating

Hello, I just built my 2nd computer and have been having issues with it rebooting after about 20min.I did a fresh install of windows 10 pro from USB. I immediately went to update everything. I began the updates and it rebooted mid way through a majority of the updates. After reboot it continued the updates and proceeded to reboot about 10 times during the whole process. Finally, after many reboots, below is what remains and a blue screen comes up that never goes past 0% and never goes away unless I manually reboot the computer.1. Cumulative update preview for windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-b
