    New computer that's only 2 weeks old is crashing.


    I checked my reliability monitor and this is what I get:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffa606d7ac7010, 0xfffff8055d1751bc, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.     Desktop Computer Crashes

    Hi Sumit,

    My new HP desktop computer still crashes. I tried following the steps in the link above, How to do a Disk check of System drive in Windows 10 and interpret the logs - Your Windows Guide...

    I am not able to complete or follow the task required to allow you to see what happened with the computer crash. I need an easier step such as a 1 2 3 or and a b c, to-do list in order for me to let you see my System logs.

    2 week old computer. Windows update. Now won't boot up.

    If the suggestion on here don't help contact the maker of your device as being it's 2 weeks old it is under warranty and is up to the maker to support and fix. Also if you have an SD card plugged in remove it may help.

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
