Windows 10: New Computer with Windows 11 and stuck after reboot

So I received a new computer today and in setting it up have apparently done something wrong!I rebooted the machine and I see my picture and name on the screen and 'Sign in' below.... but there is nowhere to sign-in!After a while the time - which is wrong, appears with the date beneath. I click the left mouse button and my picture appears with the same message, 'Sign in'... This is stupid... How do I login?

Computer Won't Reboot - AMD Data Change...Updata New Data to DMI

If he is getting stuck at verifying DMI pool data, that means his BIOS isn't finishing the POST process before it's hanging up. Although I'm confused now because he said he tried re-installing windows which would indicate that the machine is getting through the entire POST process.

I'm confused now. I think we need a better, more descriptive version of what exactly is happening.

Maybe a full step by step process of what is happening?

Computer stuck on Gateway's logo during reboot

After the Windows 10 update yesterday, my computer won't reboot - it's stuck at the manufacturer's logo (Gateway). I've tried restarting numerous times to no avail - tried to get into safe mode by the rebooting three times but since the computer gets
stuck at the logo it doesn't give me the option to go into safe mode. Any suggestions?
