Windows 10: New cpu caused many problems booting computer. 5600x, and it is compatible, and bios is...

I just purchased a new Ryzen 5 5600x for my b450m pro 4 motherboard and all sorts of problems have occurred. The main problem is I can’t get into windows but to make it worse I can’t run sfc scans, dism scans, or even reset my computer. I am stuck now and am wondering if anyone could help?

AB9 Pro not booting E8400 E0 stepping

Thanks for the suggestion. BIOS 19 didn't do the trick. Only the beta BIOS 23 supports 45nm wolfdale CPUs. I think the problem is that CPUs with C0 stepping are supported by this BIOS but I bought one with E0 stepping. There used to be a guy at Abit who was releasing BIOS revisions with E0 support but I heard he left the company. I blame Intel for all this. If you are going to release modified components they should be backwards compatible.
