Windows 10: new defaultuser1 account at start since last windows update

Hi,
After the last update, my computer would start with a new account: defaultuser1, for which I have no password.
I wrote to microsoft and tried starting in safe mode and type in the command prompt :
net user administrator /active:yes

Which didn't work.
I tried several things like get rid of the defaultuser1 account in the command prompt without result (the system cannot find the file specified).

One result did look like I may have a similar problem like the one described in your forum here

If I type net user, then there is an errormessage (the command completed with one or more error) and there is no computer name after User accounts for \\

As I have no possibility to log in, I can not do what is explained by Kari in the thread.
Do you have any Idea how to help me?

Hi,

My computers did update windows 10 and one of them since starts with a new User account I don't know any password for: defaultuser1.

Nothing works, it doesn't bring anything to type:

Window+x or or S or F4 (like I've seen on various help website)

Neither does CTRL+ALt+Delete works.

Nor restart : no window open to help me change anything.

I found website explaining how to use a password reset disk, but the option is not opening on my surface tablet.

This is extremely frustrating.

I hope you'll be able to give me the right solution.

Start Menu does not work since last update.

Start Menu button does not work since microsofts last update on 3-29-2016. I do not know how to fix this or if there is a fix available yet.
