Windows 10: New Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series trouble staying connected to wifi, but internet...

Here's what is happening: I'll be on a website with no issues and then all of a sudden, the page stops loading. I'll get the page "this page cannot be loaded" or "site cannot be reached". This will happen on all websites. While this is happening, the internet connection icon shows that the laptop is still connected to the wifi and that the signal is strong. I bought my new dell a month ago and have started having issues with the internet connection over the last 2 weeks. I have tested my internet with other devices and that is not an issue. I have also run the troubleshoot option and it shows

WiFi speed decrease on Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series laptop.

I use Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series laptop. From 2 weeks i am facing a problem where my laptop is getting lesser speed wifi connection while i am getting higher speed on my mobile. My mobile is getting 40 mbps and my laptop is getting only 10 mbps.
I have tested the speed of both the devices simultaneously side by side. I tried to diagnose the network adapter, it says "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding". I tested the wifi network
on other laptop, the speed in the other laptop is normal. I also tried connecting my Dell Inspiron to different wifi network surprisingly the designated speed is be achieved. Please help me with a solution for the above problem.

 

WiFi connected, no internet

Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series. The wifi is connected but internet not working. Troubleshooting said no issues. How fo i get this issue resolved?

 

Installing MS Office on new Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series -5593

I paid for Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 with my new Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series -5593 laptop. But cannot find a product key or any instructions about installing it. Message in Word warning
that I need to 'activate' in a week. Please advise.
