Windows 10: New Drive Appeared in File Explorer but I can't Open It Access Denied

Hi, I have a problem for a few months now that a new drive E: appeared in my file explorer but every time I try to open it I get an error message saying, "You have been denied access to this folder." Looking through other posts on this issue, they recommend going to the Security tab folder to get ownership of the drive but there is no security folder appearing when I enter the properties menu. This drive is not associated with any of my physical drives that I have installed on my computer. It is also about 300MB in size and when checking disk management, it does not appear there. How do I get

New folders appeared & denied access

Access denied to zip file

• Paste it in the Downloads folder.
