Windows 10: New drive

Please ignore my ignorance but I have an older desktop with an Asus P8ZZ-V board and I am wondering if an M2 drive would fit.
I cannot see any dedicated slot where the M2 is normally fitted and secured with a small screw any advise greatly appreciated.
I currently have a Samsung 860 500GB EVO and am just looking for a little more speed - current boot is 25-30 seconds.

Reinstall Windows 10 to new hard drive

We want to know about the issue you're having with your recovery drive. Please answer the questions below:

• Are you trying to reinstall Windows 8 or Windows 10?
• If you already upgraded to Windows 10, were you able to create a new copy of the recovery drive?

We suggest creating a new copy of the recovery drive and then follow the steps provided by Andre Da Costa above this thread.

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted

Win 10 I have drives c, f, g when installed new printed drive f disappeared and only shows g how can i make compute showdrive f

To address your concern about missing drive, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Press Windows logo key + S on your keyboard.
• Type diskmgmt.msc on the search box and hit Enter.
• Look for your missing drive on the Disk Management window.
  
• Right-click on it and give it a new drive letter.

Let us know if the drive will show up.
