Windows 10: New features not showing up

Hello, I am a member of the Windows Insider program dev channel. I am currently using the HP 15-da2xxx which i know is old but it has been upgraded. The problem I am encountering again and again is that after the windows 11 update has been downloaded on my laptop successfully I don't seem to be finding the new updated features.I have tried multiple ways to do it, even reinstalling windows but still have no luck.PLEASE HELP

Why are built-in programs starting to show up in Programs and Features

After last month's Windows Updates, I noticed Remote Desktop was listed under Programs and Features as an uninstallable program. After this month's updates, Paint is now listed. Is Microsoft rolling out some new OS unbundling strategy one step at a time or something?
