Windows 10: New Folder Issue

Weird computer issue if anyone can help. In windows 10 if i right click the mouse go down to new and create a folder it'll work once. But if I do more than 1 that way the second one worrks but also there is suddenly a new folder I didnt create that if I try to delete it says it no longer exists or some such and I cant delete or rename it. I have to do the rmdir thing in cmd prompt to force delete it. But if I go to documents on my task bar open up desktop and create my folders there, no problem. I did a full nuke/reset once already and it still does it afterwards. Any ideas??? Totally puzzled.

The problem you've encountered in creating a folder could be caused by software or program conflict as the issue appeared a few days after installing the Windows 10 Creators update. For us to know if this only occurs when creating a new folder from the desktop,
we suggest that you try creating a new folder using a keyboard shortcut or from File Explorer. Please refer to the steps below:

Creating a new folder using a keyboard shortcut.

• Click on the desktop.
• Press CTRL + SHIFT + N.
• A new folder should be created.

Creating a new folder from File Explorer.

• Open File Explorer.
• Hover your mouse on the location where you want to create a new folder.
• Right-click it, go to New > Folder.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
