Windows 10: "New folder" not available after right-click and "save image as"

I am running Windows 11 Pro with plenty of horsepower and disk space. For several months now, I have a problem that exists when trying to save a pic regardless of which browser I use. I right-click on the pic and the context menu pops up. I click on "save image as" and the File Explorer pops up to allow me to choose a folder for saving. The words "New folder" is at the top of the panel, but, nothing happens when I click on it. Why and how can I fix that?

  How are you accessing emails through web browser or through a mail client (mail app, outlook 2010/2013)?

  Are you trying to save the email attached file? Please elaborate.
  

If you are using Outlook email, let’s try simple steps and check if it helps. Try the below steps provided.

Step 1.

If you want to save only the attached file from the email, try the below step.

• 
  Right click on the attached file and click on Save as.
  
• 
  Now select a folder location where you want to save the attached file.
  

Step 2.

If you want to save the file along with the email try the below steps provided.

• 
  Open the mail you want to save and click on File on the top of the right side.
  
• 
  Click on Save As and select a folder location where you want to save the email.

Right clicking on a save website

I understand that you are trying to rename the saved websites in Microsoft Edge. We will help you.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Open Microsoft Edge.
• Click on the "Hub" - 3 lines in the right top corner of the Microsoft Edge.
• Click on the Favorites and check if the Websites are saved.
• Right click and check if the rename option is available. Click on that and
  check if it possible to rename.

Windows 10 mail image attachments cant "save as"

Hi Brambly,

As you are facing issue with the Windows 10 mail image attachments.

We have figured out and recognized that, you will not find option to
Save, print or move except the Copy option available for the Windows 10 mail image attachments.

Hence I suggest you to provide the feedback as this is by latest design;

Step on how to provide feedback

• Open the image you want to copy or save.
• Click on Settings.
• Right hand side select the feedback option and provide feedback for the same.
