    Why do my new folders in Mail not go in alphabetically, and when I do move them up from the bottom, they are staggered and not inline with the others?

    Original Title: Draft Folder Alignment

    I configured a mail file through Microsoft mail through IMAP and it created a new DRAFT folder so that my drafts don't sync to the IMAP draft folder used by the browser mail client and iPhone mail client. Is there a way to map the correct IMAP folder
    in Microsoft Mail or does the application not consider this a valid folder for IMAP sync.

    Mail folders

    Hi Charmaine,

    You may add folders in the Mail app by utilizing the Add folder (+) icon.

    In order to do so, please follow these steps:

    • Log in to the Mail app.
    • Under Folders, click More.
    • A pane will open then across All Folders click on the
      +       icon.
    • You can name the folder then press Enter.

    Please let us know if you encounter any issues with adding a new folder.
