Windows 10: New folders look weird

In the File Explorer when I do a CRTL + SHIFT + N I get the following:Restarting my computer did not fix the problem. This problem just started today. When I click on the View button, nothing is checked. When I click on "Large Icons" or "Extra Large Icons" it doesn't fix it.* Moved from Community Center

I have this problem.

Sometimes, some of my start menu folders looks like News thumbnail. It looks weird and I don't like it. Why it happen and how to make it normal?
