Windows 10: 'New Folders' randomly created

Hi. I dont know that this is a windows specific problem or what it is. Within Onedrive Not sure its just here but this is where 99% of my stuff is saved I am getting 'new folder' created all of the time. I am not doing them I am not creating a new folder. But they are being created.They are always empty and within folders sometimes 2 or 3 are created 'New folder', 'New folder1' etcIs there some shortcut that I could accidently hit, I note Ctrl D, but I cannot imagine any time I would hit ctrl in explorer, so I dont think its that. I also have powertoys installed but again cannot find anythin

It's working for me. But my new folder option is not working anywhere not in desktop as well as not in file explorer. Whenever I am placing my cursor on new folder option, its first spinning for few seconds then goes to close the file
explorer and refresh the desktop once.
